KTM Enduro Factory rider Cristobal Guerrero got participation in the final leg of the South American EWC tour off to a winning start by setting the outright fastest time. Topping the overall classification, Guerrero also claimed an early lead in Enduro 2. Husaberg’s Pela Renet ensured a strong start to the evening finishing in second place - eight tenths of a second behind the Spaniard. Johnny Aubert (KTM) pipped Husqvarna’s Alex Salvini by one hundredth of a second to steal third. Spain’s Ivan Cervantes (Gas Gas) rounded out the top five.

Finishing second in the overall classification KTM’s Christophe Nambotin also recorded the fastest time in Enduro 3. Continuing to set the pace like he had done one week earlier in Chile, Nambotin placed almost two seconds clear of Manxman David Knight. For Knight, the short Super Test marked a strong start to his GP of Argentina as he beat Husaberg’s Joakim Ljunggren for second. Ljunggren finished just one hundredth of a second behind the KTM rider. TM Racing’s Aigar Leok was fourth fastest while KTM’s Manuel Monni was fifth.

Rodrig Thain (HM Honda) once again proved to be the Super Test specialist of Enduro 1 as he set the fastest time in his class. Finishing only five tenths of a second behind the Honda rider, Antoine Meo (KTM) placed second. Italy’s Thomas Oldrati (KTM) made an impressive start to his weekend finishing third to beat Marc Bourgeois (Yamaha). Simone Albergoni (HM Honda) completed the top five.

Mathias Bellino (Husaberg) continues to be the rider to beat in Enduro Junior. Setting the fastest time in his class he comfortably placed ahead of French rider Kevin Rohmer (Yamaha). Danny McCanney (Gas Gas) ensured a solid start to his GP of Argentina with third place. Victor Guerrero (KTM) was fourth while Edoardo D’Ambrosio finished in fifth. Manxman Alex Rockwell (Husaberg) completed the top six.

Giacomo Redondi (KTM) set the fastest time in the Enduro Youth Cup.
