Freegun Yamaha rider Jeremy Joly makes a welcome return to competitive action at the Enduro World Championship GP of Sweden. After badly breaking his foot in four places during the GP of Italy, Joly faced eight weeks of tough rehabilitation to be ready for round six of the series in Sweden.

“It’s been a difficult few weeks but I’m glad to be back,” confirmed the 2011 Enduro Junior world champion.

“I only started to ride again about ten days ago but already it feels nice to be back. With my injury I was very limited in what I could do so my goal is to use these two races in Sweden and Finland as preparation for the ISDE in Germany.”

“At the moment my foot still hurts and because it’s my foot that I use to kick start my bike I need to use a bigger boot with extra padding, but overall everything is good.”

Joly, who currently sits tenth overall in Enduro 1, will be aiming to improve his position during these next two races in Scandinavia before making his debut ride representing France in the Junior Trophy team at the ISDE.
