France win the 87th International Six Days Enduro. Entering day six with a comfortable 35-minute lead in the World Trophy team event, France rode a smart and calculated day six to end the race as champions.

With the final day’s motocross race taking place on and around the famous Sachsenring race circuit, the French team delivered a strong performance to secure the title. In the race for individual overall honours, Christophe Nambotin (KTM) fended off the late challenge from teammate Antoine Meo to claim the outright win in the ISDE.

In the race for the Junior individual overall honours, the battle for victory literally came down to the final corner of the event, with the win going in favour of Husaberg’s Mathias Bellino (Husaberg) by four seconds from USA’s Thad Duvall (Honda) with Great Britain’s Danny McCanney (Gas Gas) placing a further two seconds back in third.
