Launching their new bike at last week’s EICMA bike show in Milan, the Italian manufactures also announced that the 2012 Baja world champion Alex Zanotti will compete on it during the 2013 Dakar Rally next January.

Although exact specifications of the model have yet to be released, it is clear that that the TM Racing 450 Rally is much more than just a heavily modified enduro bike. Based on the TM EN 450Fi, the model is dripping with all the high-spec features we’ve come to expect from the Italian manufacture.

Blue Excel rims laced with aluminium billet hubs, custom made rally exhaust, Marzocchi forks and TM’s own rear shock are the most obvious of features. But with a water tank integrated into the sump guard to minimise the centre of gravity and the sub frame classically styled to house the additional petrol tanks it ensures the TM Racing 450 Rally is an absolute beauty of a rally bike.

So whilst the quite little manufacture from Pearso in Italy, might be one of the smallest bike builders in the industry, they are packing quite a punch with this latest addition to their Italian line-up.
