The final round of the 2017 EnduroGP World Championship takes place at Zschopau, Germany this weekend.
Hosts to world enduro over the years and most recently the 2012 ISDE, it’s a region steeped in enduro history and tradition, the rugged countryside and forestry always deliver true enduro action.
The route is traditionally a circular route around the mountain town of Zschopau. The planned round length this year will be about 65 km.
The course, which is considered to be very demanding will be marked by many ascents and descents.
Integrated into the circuit are an Enduro test, an extreme test as well as an enduro cross test.
The participants of the FIM EnduroGP World Championship and the German Enduro Championship will complete three rounds per day, the World Cup women and the national group will have two.
Event organisers strongly emphasise that it will be a criminal offence for people to travel without the legitimacy of the organiser offroad by motorbike. This is done without consideration for the rank and name of the person concerned.
