Honda have put a spin on their Africa Twin with this Enduro Sports concept.
There was a lot going on at last week’s EICMA show in Milan with new bikes and model concepts unveiled left, right and centre. Honda’s Africa Twin Enduro Sports Concept was one.
Intended as an addition to Honda’s Africa Twin family and not a replacement to the current model, it’s very promising to see Honda looking to expand the range of big adventure bikes
With the Enduro Sports version, Honda’s R&D designers have pushed the concept of the CRF1000L Africa Twin to new limits, with a vision for even better off-road ability.
The base model has been embellished with several lighter weight chassis parts, derived from Honda’s single-cylinder racing CRF models.
The overall look and feel is one of lightness with a sporty attitude and placed side-by-side with their CRF450 Rally bike you can see a lot of similarities too.
Honda CRF250 Rally
Other news from Honda is that their CRF250 Rally is now a reality.
A year after the introduction of the CRF1000L Africa Twin, Honda’s off-road CRF family is further strengthened for 2017.
The CRF250 Rally, which offers even more off-road performance, features a 10-litre fuel tank, big front brake disc, long travel suspension and high ground clearance.
The Dakar styling – together with knuckle guards and the high screen - give great weather protection, making the CRF250 Rally good to go, whether it is round the block or round the world.
