Beta has announced the 2018 range of 50cc models including this RR Enduro 50 Racing which mirrors their bigger capacity enduro machines.

As Beta puts it having a bike which looks exactly like EnduroGP World Champion, Steve Holcombe’s, must be something of a “dream” for any kid growing up and wanting their first ‘big’ machine.

Beta claims its new 50cc line-up can be seen as ‘runabouts’ only in terms of engine displacement.

Everything else is “top-of-the-range” from the styling, features normally seen on bigger-engined bikes, finish, the chassis manoeuvrability and stability.

Beta offers six versions of the RR 50, all of which are Euro 4 compliant.

The Enduro comes in Standard/Sport/Racing and the street ‘Motard’ also comes in Standard/Sport/Track models.

This top-of-the-range 50cc model is - in terms of both technical features and aesthetics - a direct derivative of its bigger cousins that compete in the Enduro World Championship.

That said it is designed also to be a street bike for teenagers looking to mimic Steve Holcombe and be the coolest kids on the block.

• Tapered 28.5 mm brace-less handlebar

• Expansion chamber exhaust with nickel-plated finish

The standard version features classic, traditional components which Beta says, “give it a meticulously designed finish.”  A competitive price/quality ratio combines with performance.

Although an entry-level bike, it is available with dual colours (white/red), has the fuel-oil mixer as standard, a unified single-key security system (for ignition, steering lock and fuel cap) and passenger grab rails incorporated in the rear plastic body.
