Beta launches the second generation of the Minicross-E, the Italian manufacturer's small electric motorcycle designed for kids.
The second-generation of Beta’s Minicross-E electric motorcycle has been released and will be in dealers soon.
Featuring a new 36V 13AH Li-Ion battery, Beta says the new model can produce constant energy for 45 minutes. The new lithium battery contributes to a 5kg weight saving on the new bike to a claimed 38kg total weight.
Less weight obviously increases handling and ease of riding for kids. Beta says the Minicross-E is suitable for children aged from 6 to 11 years.
The new Minicross -E has updated graphics and a technical equipment including: aluminum swingarm with heat treatment, disc brakes with hydraulic controls, upside-down hydraulic front fork (ø 33mm stems) and adjustable shock-absorber through air and spring.
Beta says: "The total absence of pollution emissions and the maximum silence of the electric technology are extremely appealing features of the new Minicross-E, even for a parent who wants a bike for his child who does not disturb the peace."
