After a two-year absence, the Red Bull Los Andes returned to Chile with TM’s Ben Herrera taking the win.
The Chilean Hard Enduro, fronted by dirt bike legend Chaleco Lopez, returned for 2017 with a two-day version featuring Saturday qualification time trials and Sunday’s main event loop on the surrounding mountains.
This year for the fourth edition of the event, 250 riders took to the start line and faced the fearsome Nido de Cóndores track
Fresh off his top 10 ride at the Red Bull Megawatt in Poland, Herrera again proved the rider to beat in Chile and claimed the win by five minutes over his brother Diego, with Sebastian Taverne completing the top three.
Fourth went to Esteban Lanz, with Franco Lopez rounding out the top five.
