Meltewitz, in the Leipzig area, is hosting an extreme race for the tenth time with 150 riders.

His successor in SuperEnduro Juniors, Kevin Gallas, leads the HardEnduroSeries Germany with a 100% win record and will surely want to keep that record going.

American Sherco rider, Mitch Carvolth is currently on a European tour taking in the Red Bull 111 Megawatt before heading across to the Melz Exdrähm.

Behind Gallas in the championship there are currently only 12 points separating second to fifth so things are tight for podium results.

Dirk Peter is in 6th place in the overall standings and in the special classification of the seniors after two victories currently sits in front. The leading Junior is Leon Hentschel competed like many other riders the Red Bull 111 Megawatt, and he also currently shares second overall with Robert Scharl.
