Results feed from day two at the International Six Days Enduro in Chile – Australia take the lead ahead of USA while Italian Juniors run riot.
On a day when the riders repeated the day one’s route and dust was again a main feature, Australian Trophy Team have turned the tables on Team USA and take the lead of the 2018 ISDE.
Daniel Milner posted the fastest overall time on day two and moved to within four seconds of Taylor Robert for the lead. It wasn’t all roses for Australia though as Lyndon Snodgrass went out of the event with a broken engine – leaving the team with three riders.
It was a very good day for Team Italy with six riders in the top 12 overall. They were headed again like day one by Davide Guarneri who he was chased all the way by team-mate Andrea Verona who finished fifth and easily the best Junior rider.
Italy now have an impressive 2m47s lead in the Junior Trophy standings. Australian Women's team cement their position ahead of USA and Spain.
