Nathan Watson had a near-perfect debut season in EnduroGP. He mastered the art of special test riding, changing tyres and coping with the hugely varied track conditions.
Towards the end of 2016 he had ridden his first ISDE and was contender for the Enduro 1 title, all-in-all an impressive season.
Competing on the larger KTM 350 EXC-F in 2017, Watson didn't get the dream start that he expected. Hurting himself badly before the opening round in Finland, Watson has been on the back foot all season. Thankfully, despite suffering tendonitis after round two, Watson is back on form and consistently challenging for the podium spots.
Coming into his home round this weekend with the EnduroGP held at Hawkstone Park in England, Watson will be looking to make the most of his home advantage and finish on top of the podium in front of his fans.
