Three months since his gigantic King of the Motos crash, Taylor Robert is back racing and back winning again.
The 2016 ISDE champion returned to competitive action one week ago at round four of the AMA National Hare and Hound Championship.
A born fighter and winner, Robert says he underperformed at round four (despite having recently overcoming some life threatening injuries!) and so came out swinging for round five this weekend.
Commenting on Instagram, Robert said “it felt so good be back up there” and “I'm glad I was able to redeem myself after round 4 last weekend in California, where I was honestly embarrassed of the way I rode.”
Taylor on behalf of everyone who rides a dirt bike, we’re just happy to see you back at it again never mind winning so soon!
Back on top yesterday at round 5 of the @nhharacing series! Felt so good to get back up there. The Utah course was awesome, although it was a long one (107 miles) it had an awesome mix of terrain. Literally everything from Glamis style sand dunes to technical hard enduro style canyons and twisties through the trees. I'm glad I was able to redeem myself after round 4 last weekend in California, where I was honestly embarrassed of the way I rode. 📷 by @stevegrayphotos
