Husqvarna Motorcycles announce their 2025 TE and FE enduro range with the comeback kid TE 125 a star of the show (though not in every country, UK and USA take note) with TBI fuel injection. Plus, all models get Brembo brakes back.

"The all-new TE 125 is fully redesigned for 2025," Husqvarna says. Here today, gone tomorrow baby two-stroke in the Husky household has had a hard time meeting emissions regulations since they decided to drop the carburetor and go fuel injected. For those of us who want and need our bikes to be usable on the road/street, it meant the white 125s dropped off their new bike roster.

But Husqvarna has put the development time into the 125 motor, and it’s back with all the throttle body injection (TBI) efficient glory celebrated on the bigger two-stroke models.

The only problem is that not every country is going to have them as an officially imported model for sale, and sadly that includes the UK and North America.

For much of the rest of the world though, the latest generation TE 125 features many of the parts found on the larger capacity two-stroke models, housed around in the same frame and with adjusted suspension settings to match the weight and power.

That also includes map select switch, close-ratio six-speed gearbox, WP XACT suspension, and Brembo clutch and brake systems.

That doesn’t mean the 150 has vanished by the way. If you want a little more oomph for your pocket rocket, the 150 is a ripper – although not always an option for ages and classes in racing, of course.

Growing once again for 2025, the two-stroke model range is TE 125, TE 150, TE 250, and TE 300. All four are TBI models and therefore boast ease of use on the track or trail with no pre-mix or carburetor jetting to worry about.

The FE four-stroke enduro range includes four established models – the FE 250, FE 350, FE 450, and the FE 501. They feature the above updates, plus the same components but with the addition of Map selection, Traction Control, and a Quickshifter via handlebar buttons.

Brembos are Back

Yes, as mentioned already, 2025 Husqvarna’s will see Brembo brakes and clutch systems as standard. We can’t say we really understood the decision to switch to lower spec braking systems for the 2024 model range, no matter how good we thought the new models were when we rode them at the media launch.

KTM told us the Brembo components were the premium products, the benchmark, and then dropped them off the Husky range. Thankfully, they are back on as standard for MY25 "to improve both the performance and reliability of each machine," Husqvarna says.

Further revisions include new, yes you’ve guessed it, "Swedish-inspired" graphics plus a slight tweak to the swingarm design not for performance or handling but to improve the durability of the chain slider.
