Simple by design, the iconic trail bike is the epitome of a capable, dependable, bulletproof and all-round good egg dirt bike which is super-popular with trail riders around the globe.

Polisport are bringing the reliable war horse up-to-date with a full restyling kit for Suzuki DR-Z400 models from 2000 to 2024.

The exclusive Polisport design “breathe new life and style into this off-road icon” they say, not just updating the bike’s appearance but honouring its legacy.

What’s inside the box?

This Restyling Kit consists of six parts: front fender, headlight (Polisport’s Halo headlight), radiator scoops, side panels, airbox cover and rear fender. The kit uses Suzuki fitment positions so is quick and easy to install.

A version of this kit is also available without the headlight, for those who prefer to have a navigation system installed, for example. All parts can also be bought separately too so look out if you’re just needing new fenders or side panels. The seat shown is not part of the kit.
