Polisport extend their APT and Pivot Unbreakable Lever range to two new off-road models, the Triumph TF 250-X and Kawasaki’s KX and X models which all run the Nissin master cylinders.

How come no-one thought of this before is the first thing which came to mind when Polisport announced they’d developed a new range of off-road brake and clutch levers which were “unbreakable”.

Using their own blend of composite, the manufacturer famous for its mastery of plastic somehow has developed levers which will bend and not break. It sounds unreal but we’ve tested a set on an EXC and it’s as true as they say.

Now a ailable for a wide range of off-road motorcycles, the latest addition to the range is the Nissin master cylinders fitted to Triumph’s T250-X and the Kawasaki KX motocross and enduro (X model) range.

The unbreakable levers come in two fitment options: the OEM replacement APT model and the shorter lever, pivot models shown below which have a more solid mounting design.

Enduro21 has had a set of APT Unbreakable levers on test for much of 2024 and can confirm they do exactly what Polisport say they do. First time out at an enduro we think we sold a box full as people kept coming to try and see if they really are unbreakable.

Both the APT and Pivot Unbreakable levers are available for a wide range of manufacturer’s enduro and motocross models, everything from EXCs to Honda XRs and Stark Vargs.

At €20 for each lever they are a bargain too. With more components, engineering and sophisticated design, the Pivot lever kit (comes in a pair) is more at €115.
