Mario Roman confirms new ambassador role for CF Moto and he will race the 2026 Red Bull Romaniacs on a MT450 in the Adventure bike category.

News is coming thick and fast out of the Mario Roman camp right now. Following his announcement of a new as MR74 Racing Team for the Hard Enduro World Championship, running his own programme, the Spanish rider has also revealed this week he has a new ambassador and development role for CF Moto.

As part of that role Roman say he plans take on the 2026 Red Bull Romaniacs on the CF Moto MT450 model (named the Ibex 450 in the North America).

The Adventure bike classes were a new addition to Romaniacs in 2025 and attracted a lot of attention with Jonny Waker chasing down Pol Tarres for the win in the main Adv “Ultimate” class.

Although very much in its infancy, the class was a big hit (we did it ourselves and loved it) and it is fair to say CF Moto had a big presence in the paddock at that first running.

It will be a departure for the experienced Hard Enduro rider, Roman, to jump on the CF Moto in the adventure categories but one which will add spice to the ’26 Romaniacs and will surely deliver good media coverage for all concerned.

Mario’s first major outing on the new race bike will be the opening round of the 2026 British Extreme Enduro Championship, the Ballbreaker Extreme, in the UK on January 25.
