Italian motorcycle manufacturer Fantic Motor restructuring and industrial relaunch “as part of a structured business recovery process”.

With the objective to achieve a sustainable and long-term financial and economic stability, Fantic motor has undergone a restructuring programme in recent months following a temporary shutdown of production.

By the end of the year (2025), Fantic expects to complete the gradual reduction of the backlog accumulated in the first part of 2025. Product demand remains very high, they say, confirming the loyalty of customers and the sales network to the brand and its most models.

“As a first step, we focused on re-establishing a solid process to restore the company’s economic and financial balance. We are well advanced in approving the 2026–2030 industrial plan, which represents the foundation of Fantic’s new course,” says Costantino Sambuy, CEO of Fantic since May 2025.

“Thanks to the constant and proactive support of our suppliers, and the shareholders’ determination to sustain the project, we worked hard over the summer to relaunch production in the latter part of the year at an increasingly strong pace: in September, production volumes more than doubled compared to July — a tangible sign that the restart is now a reality,” said Gianni Nardelotto, co-CEO/CRO of Fantic since May 2025.

The new plan will be presented to the press and Fantic’s dealer network during EICMA week, at a private off-show event that will unveil the 2026 Lineup across Fantic’s product families.

The event will also be an opportunity to celebrate the sporting achievements of the current season and to present a preview of the 2026 Racing lineup.

The year 2025 has marked a season of outstanding results for Fantic: third place overall in the MXGP championship achieved by Glenn Coldenhoff and Andrea Bonacorsi’s first world podium — a young Italian talent who grew up within the Fantic ranks; the current first place as a team in the Moto2 World Championship, and of course the Enduro World Championship — where Fantic will be competing this weekend in Germany in pursuit of no fewer than three titles.
