First Look: 2026 Fantic Enduro Range – Big engine and chassis updates plus improved reliability
Fantic’s 2026 Enduro range arrives with major updates to frames, suspension, engines and Euro 5+ compliance across the five-bike line-up — we take a look at what’s new for each model.
Fantic’s 2026 Enduro range represents a major step forward for the Italian manufacturer. Across the five-bike line-up — XE125, XE300, XEF250, XEF310 and XEF450 — every model has been updated, with new frames, engines, electronics, and Euro 5+ homologation. Developed through Fantic’s extensive world championship racing programme, the new models aim to deliver improved performance and reliability.
XE125 MY26 – New tank and larger capacity radiators
Fantic’s smallest enduro returns with Euro 5+ homologation and a series of updates without changing the balance that made it successful. The XE125 adopts a new headlight mask and modern LED unit, cutting weight and improving visibility. Styling follows the new MY26 family with red, white, and blue graphics inspired by Fantic’s racing heritage, now with a chrome effect base.

Mechanically, the 125 retains its high-revving two-stroke engine with an Arrow exhaust and Fantic ECU, maintaining its lively character. The cooling system remains highly efficient, with +35% radiator capacity from previous models. The aluminium frame and Kayaba suspension carry over, while new, slimmer plastics, a redesigned 9-litre tank and easier access to the air filter refine the ergonomics and serviceability.
XE300 MY26 – The Minarelli 300 fuel injected engine evolves
The XE300 receives significant upgrades for 2026 centred on the Minarelli MM300 engine. The fuel-injected 300cc two-stroke gains a new cylinder group, reworked cylinder head, updated exhaust valve with forged steel components, a new crankshaft, and an updated ignition system. Together these revisions boost low- and mid-range torque and improve throttle response while achieving Euro 5+ compliance.

A new three-phase generator and voltage regulator improve starting and current delivery across the electrical system, while a waterproofed ECU and wiring harness should be more robust for reliability.
New “Backlash System”
Inside the motor, a new Stopper/Backlash System (SBS) reduces internal play for a more precise feel and improved durability.
The XE300 retains its aluminium semi-double cradle frame and KYB 48mm SSS suspension, plus handlebar map selection, 10-level traction control, and a revised start/kill control. A new headlight mask with LED lighting and updated graphics complete the changes.

XEF250 MY26 – Ground-up redesign
The most winningest model in the Fantic range, the 250 four-stroke has been fully re-engineered for 2026 with a new frame, engine, and electronics.
The new power unit is Euro 5+ compliant and pairs with a redesigned airbox and high-performance exhaust. An Athena ECU manages power delivery and traction, with handlebar controls for quick map selection.
The chassis has been completely revised with an all-new frame and a new Kayaba SSS fork and shock package tuned for improved balance and feedback. The exhaust and mapping have been refined together for a smoother, more linear response.
Externally, the XEF250 adopts the styling of Fantic’s XXF motocross range with new plastics, LED headlight and updated controls, while ergonomics remain compact and competition-focused.
XEF310 MY26 – New Frame, Engine, and Electronics
Fantic’s 310 four-stroke returns with major updates that bring it in line with the rest of the new range. It too features a new Euro 5+ compliant engine, new aluminium perimeter frame, revised Kayaba SSS suspension, and updated bodywork.
The Athena ECU offers two selectable maps and 10 traction control levels, adjustable through the new multifunction handlebar switch or via smartphone using the WiFi COM module.

The XEF310 maintains its balanced character between the agility of the 250 and the torque of the 450. Brakes remain 270mm front and 240mm rear discs for consistent stopping power. Updated graphics, LED lighting and ergonomic bodywork match the rest of the MY26 models.
XEF450 MY26 – New Engine and Frame, Full Redesign
The biggest enduro in Fantic’s line-up is completely new for 2026. The XEF450 gains a new single-cylinder engine, redesigned aluminium frame and Euro 5+ homologation. The new Athena-GET ECU offers two maps and traction control, all adjustable via the WiGET app and controlled from the new multifunction handlebar button.
A new hydraulic clutch provides consistent feel under load, while the exhaust system has been reworked to deliver stronger mid-range performance and is easily opened for racing configuration. The Kayaba SSS suspension remains fully adjustable, with chassis stiffness updated to improve stability and steering precision.
The 450 also features updated ergonomics, integrated start/stop controls and the new LED headlight and graphics shared across the MY26 family.
