2025 Erzbergrodeo Iron Road Prologue combined results from day one and two – Josep Garcia fastest overall from Andrea Verona with Dakar champion Daniel Sanders in third – Carson Brown will lead the 500 riders to the start line for Sunday’s main race (start list below).

2025 Erzbergrodeo Iron Road Prologue day 2 in a nutshell:
  • Baking sunshine on the Iron Giant on Saturday, day two of the prologue runs, was welcome after so much rain and proved the usual rules in Erzberg apply i.e. bring your hat, coat and your shorts and sunscreen.
  • Very few riders were getting down to the same times on day two or even trying for a faster time. The truth is you can’t because of the track being battered from 1000+ riders on day one.
  • Just ask Cody Webb who set a slow (by comparison to his rivals) time yesterday (bike set-up problems and having nerves after his crash on the Prologue 12 months ago) and, although he was 37th fastest today, it means nothing on the combined times below.
  • The best times came on the smoother track yesterday and the top three riders overall remains the same three “outsiders” from the hard enduro world: Josep Garcia, Andrea Verona and Daniel Sanders.
  • For the record Garcia and Verona were around 15 seconds slower today although they did not push as much and risk injury for their main jobs in EnduroGP. Sanders ditched the 450 EXC-F for a relaxed run on a KTM 450 Rally bike today.
  • More or less everyone was slower today barring a few exceptions including, just like last year, Carson Brown who somehow pulled a blinder today and jumped up inside the top 10 with a faster time.
  • He clocked an identical time to Dominik Olszowy who, unbelievably, ran an identical time to himself on day one but, surprisingly, joins those fastest three not racing tomorrow’s main event for Rieju.
  • That means Carson Brown will line-up first with number one on his bike tomorrow followed by Billy Bolt and Jonny Walker (top 500 riders list is below today's resutls).
  • The front row is the important one to be on and the main contenders nailed it yesterday including world champion Mani Lettenbichler, Wade Young, the Sherco boys Kabakchiev and Roman, the strong contention from the US Hard Enduro series (Trystan Hart, Will Riordan, Ryder Leblond).
  • Among the riders outside that top 50 you will want to keep an eye on (in the live video feed) are Webb and Graham Jarvis.
  • Yesterday we gave a shoutout to a couple of riders who did an amazing job getting inside the top 50 from low start positions. We missed one and it is an awesome one. Try starting in 750th place in this chaos and clocking in with the 28th best time...hats off to you Gilbert Boam.
  • This afternoon riders inside the top 500 will swap out the mousses, check spokes and get ready for the hard slog of the 2025 Red Bull Erzbergrodeo main event.
