The French company AXP Racing, specialized in off-road motorcycle protection, announces a generational change in its management team with the aim of continuing to grow and consolidating its position as a benchmark brand in the sector.

With more than 25 years of experience, AXP Racing — known for its wide range of chassis, skid plate, swingarm, and engine cover protections for enduro, motocross, and rally bikes — is beginning a new chapter with a change in leadership. Its founders, Pierre and Jeanine Dugardin, have decided to step aside and hand over the reins to Aurélien Szulek, who takes on the leadership of the company with a fresh, ambitious, and innovation-driven vision.

Aurélien will not be alone in this new stage. The new management team is completed by two key names in the company’s structure: Xavier Dugardin, heading the R\&D and Marketing department, and Lukas Palukas as Production Manager. Both have been involved in the brand’s development for years and are now also part of the shareholders, ensuring the continuity of AXP’s values and long-term strategy.

Although Pierre Dugardin is gradually retiring from daily management, he will remain connected to the company as a partner. According to the official statement, this transition reflects the desire to consolidate the achievements made so far, strengthen AXP Racing’s presence in international markets, and continue offering increasingly efficient and innovative products for the off-road world.

With this new direction, AXP Racing is aiming for a new phase of expansion, led by a young but highly experienced team that combines technical expertise, passion for motorcycles, and a strong commitment to developing high-performance products for the most demanding riders.
