Fast Eddy Racing Appointed ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship Organiser for 2025 and Beyond
The Auto-Cycle Union (ACU) has announced that Fast Eddy Racing has been awarded a three-year contract to organise and grow the ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship.
Four-time World Enduro Champion Paul Edmondson should need no introduction to Enduro21 readers. The rider, event organiser, team manager, and father of two world champions has an impressive pedigree in our sport you will find hard to match.
Paul and his Fast Eddy Racing team are currently preparing for the British round of the FIM SuperEnduro series in Newcastle on March 1.

In addition to organising that event and managing the Triumph Racing Enduro team, Paul has also signed a long-term contract with the ACU to organise the British Sprint series—something the governing body describes as “a significant boost for the enduro discipline.”
This year’s series will consist of four rounds, including youth categories, with three of the events planned as double-headers. There is also a commitment to expand the series in 2026 and 2027 by adding more events and venues.

Matthew Edwards-Wear, ACU Secretary General, said: “It’s fantastic to welcome Fast Eddy and Paul Edmondson back to the ACU, and we look forward to them staging some excellent events during 2025 and beyond.
Paul has been working closely with the ACU to organise and run the upcoming FIM SuperEnduro event in Newcastle, and his enthusiasm for the sport of enduro is clear for all to see. He’s excited to get planning underway for the season ahead, and we’re sure our British Sprint Enduro riders will be delighted with the events Paul and his team put on.”
Tristan Robinson, ACU Enduro Commission Member, added: “We’re delighted to announce a three-year partnership with Paul Edmondson to secure the future of the ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship. With Fast Eddy Racing’s experience in hosting top-class events, the 2025 BSEC season will build through its first year before expanding in 2026 and 2027.
The 2025 ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship will include seven days of racing, culminating in a season finale at the prestigious Hawkstone Park motocross circuit. We hope all enduro competitors will support the series as it moves around the country.”
Paul Edmondson said: “The return of the British Sprint Enduro Championship to Fast Eddy events is something we are very pleased to confirm. We believe that, by working together with the ACU, we can bring the championship back to where it belongs—delivering consistency and quality.
We have a three-year plan, with the potential to grow into a six-event championship, and we will be moving all around the UK while also exploring the possibility of expanding further afield. Exciting times lie ahead, and we are already looking forward to this season.”
