2026 SuperEnduro World Championship championship standings ahead of climax in Douai, France this weekend where the new champion Billy Bolt is confirmed as a non-starter and Stark stand on the verge of the manufacturer’s title.

The big news as we head to northern France for the final, seventh round the 2026 season is that the impending birth of Mr and Mrs Bolt‘s first child, Billy will miss this weekend’s grand finale in France.

Having already won the world title last weekend, the now six times indoor champ has put family first and that means a season-spanning unbroken run in the series comes to an end this weekend.

That of course opens things up for a new winner and we hope and expect the racing to match the epxectation as riders fight to be top dog without Bill dog on the start gate.

The fight for second place in the championship should go in Walker’s favour for the second year in succession with the Triumph rider on 280 points to Brightmore’s 267 after Newcastle last weekend. Although Walker is riding with a broken bone in his hand, and while a turnaround is mathematically possible, Walker should in theory take it.

With big points up for grabs without the world champ hogging them all, Jonny Walker, Mitch Brightmore, Eddie Karlsson, Ash Brightmore and Toby Martyn can grab some end of season bonuses that can be meaningful.

Stark set for team title

Sitting in fourth and fifth places, Eddie Karlsson and Toby Martyn are well clear of each other and Dominik Olszowy in sixth, but who does what in the top five is not the story here.

What’s bigger news is the Stark teammates’ consistency this season stands them on the verge of bagging the manufacturer’s world championship. That’s no mean feat for the electric motorcycle manufacturer to take the scalps of Husqvarna and KTM.

Junior and Youth champions to be crowned

The heat will also be on the Junior and Youth 125 classes with the titles yet to be decided. With the exit from the series following a broken leg two rounds ago by Milan Schmuser, title rival Toby Shaw stepped up to the plate.

The Eurotek rider hammered a home advantage last weekend in Newcastle with a dominant ride to arrive at the final round with a 36-point lead over Manuel Gomez second.

If round six is anything to go by the three Junior races on the night in Douai will certainly be edge of the seat stuff as Fraiser Lampkin, Henry Strauss and Niko Piazza have all come into form at this late stage of the season.

Poland’s new star

It is a similar story in the Youth World Cup category for the 125 boys with Polish rider Wojtek Walczak 29 points to the good of Connor Watson. “The new Taddy” has been the class act this season, more consistent and often the fastest at race pace. These boys face just two motos on the night so it is likely Walczak will win the title in moto one with a good result.
