Chris Birch turns a 2025 KTM 500 EXC-F into the ultimate all-round off-road motorcycle “Unicorn” – a mixture of enduro, trail and rally bike all in one.

“This is my take on it on a unicorn bike,” says Birch, “the ultimate all-rounder. Starting with the KTM 500 EXC and adding a bit of Rally and a splash of Hard Enduro. I wanted to make it comfortable to ride all day and to cover long distances, without ever compromising performance.

“I’m not sure a build like this is ever really finished, so this is where I'm up to now. I'm really stoked with how it came out.”
