Quick look: 2025 KLIM Arsenal Off-Road Backpack Range
KLIM announce three new backpacks, the three-strong Arsenal 15, Arsenal Trail 10L and Arsenal XC 5L, designed to tough enough for dual-sport and off-road riding.
With a focus on “durability, modularity, comfort and ergonomic functionality” KLIM’s new Arsenal backpack range is basically the Idaho-based company doing what they do best. To us that means focusing on what we need from our riding kit for off-road and as they say, designed, built and tested using rider feedback.

Which is where the Arsenal range comes from with the 15 Backpack, now in its second generation, joined by 10 and 5 litre capacity packs depending on the type of riding your do, how much you want to carry but all with 3 litre water pouches as standard.
The medium capacity 15-litre pack is designed with load stability, durability and ergonomics in mind, KLIM say.
The pack is built with durable materials designed to be tough with 420D carbonate-coated nylon main chassis material which they say is “remarkably abrasion and water resistant, ensuring longevity, protection from the elements and ease of cleaning”.

A special webbing material was selected for its ability to resist dust and dirt absorption – a common issue in many off-road packs, leading to stuck adjusters and premature wear.
New for this generation of the Arsenal 15 are KLIM’s fully adjustable boomerang shoulder straps, designed to make it more stable and comfortable while riding.
KLIM Arsenal 15 features:
Magnetic quick-release chest strap
Stowable waist straps
External utility straps
External MOLLE webbing
Radio/hydration routing webbing
Hidden reflective areas
Internal organizer pockets
3L HydraPak reservoir included
Complete, this is KLIM’s most capable mid-size riding backpack and a comfortable pack designed to carry a day's worth of supplies while keeping weight balanced and bounce-free.

Arsenal Trail 10L Backpack
The new Arsenal Trail 10L Backpack (above) is step more compact, a medium-small capacity pack they say and landing between the 15 and smaller Arsenal XC 5L.
Again it is built to be durable with gear storage for the bare essentials yet with on-body stability and excellent venting for hot weather conditions all key design objectives KLIM say.
The Arsenal Trail 10L is built with the same durable chassis materials, new anti-dust webbing and boomerang style shoulder straps as the Arsenal 15.
It too features internal organisation pockets, external MOLLE webbing, radio/hydration routing webbing, removable waist straps, and a 3L HydraPak reservoir.

Arsenal XC 5L Backpack
The new Arsenal XC 5L (above) is the option for more aggressive riding, KLIM say. Engineered with comfort and riding functionality in mind, the Arsenal XC 5L uses a specially designed harness system to keep the pack secured during aggressive riding without restricting movement or breathing.
Designed with exceptional ventilation in mesh shoulder straps, the Arsenal XC 5L also includes a 3L HydraPak reservoir for the most hydration-demanding rides. The new Arsenal XC 5L is also built with the same abrasion and water resistant 420D carbonate-coated nylon and dust resistant webbing as the Arsenal Trail 10L and Arsenal 15.
