The 2025 FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy (EVT) competition takes place in Piekoszów, Poland this week, from August 6-9, with Italy looking to defend their title at the hugely popular classic off-road competition.
Competitors and fans of vintage and classic enduro will either already be in Poland or watching eagerly as the ninth edition of the FIM Enduro Vintage Trophy (EVT) takes place this week in Piekoszów, from 6-9 August.
Growing in popularity since its inception in 2016, before becoming a standalone event in 2021, the FIM EVT has fast become an annual pilgrimage for riders and spectators.

Marking 58 years since the FIM International Six Days Trial (ISDT) was first held in Poland, and 21 years since the FIM International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) last visited Poland in Kielce, the FIM and event organisers KTM Novi Korona will commemorate these anniversaries at the EVT.
Piekoszów is situated just seven kilometres from Kielce and the organisers are promising a quality course, special tests and to create a festival of vintage enduro.
Tuesday 5 August is when the customary opening ceremony and nations parade in Piekoszów takes place before Wednesday’s 40-kilometre liaison followed by the time-honoured, traditional acceleration test.
Day two and day three promise to be the most challenging for the riders with two, 130 kilometre days with six special tests each day. The final day on Saturday sends riders on an 18-kilometre liaison to nearby Wincentów for the final special a motocross test, before returning to Piekoszów for the evening prize ceremony.

Italy look to defend Vintage Veteran Trophy honours in Poland
For 2025, over 130 competitors from 15 nations will compete in this year’s EVT. The Vintage Veteran Trophy category will see 11 nations race for victory.
As defending champions, Italy will start as the nation to beat and feature an unchanged line-up of Enrico Tortoli, Gorgio Grasso and Tullio Pellegrinelli. Aiming for their fourth straight victory, the Italian trio have made the EVT their own in recent years.
In 2024, France placed behind Italy as vice-champions, with the Czech Republic completing the podium in third. Returning to the EVT this year, both nations will look to deny Italy victory.
The United States, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Austria, Netherlands and Poland are all entered in the Vintage Veteran Trophy class.
In total, 29 teams will start in the Vintage Silver Vase category, with a further 20 teams entered in the Vintage Club class. Additionally, fifty-two riders will race in the Individual competition.
