Silver Kings Hard Enduro 2025 Results: Mani Lettenbichler wins the KTM dogfight with Trystan Hart
Results from the 2025 Silver Kings Hard Enduro, round two of the Hard Enduro World Championship in the USA, sees Mani Lettenbichler come out on top in a two-horse KTM race with Trystan Hart with Mitch Brightmore third.
Concluding three days of impressive racing at the Silver Kings Hard Enduro 2025, the Saturday main race proved an epic battle between the two KTM top dogs, Hard Enduro World Champion Mani Lettenbichler and US Hard Enduro Champion Trystan Hart.
Off Road Day 1 played out with the KTM pair fighting to the finishline, and it teed-up exactly the same scenario for two hours of racing in Kellogg on Saturday. Once they’d gotten clear of the pack following the insane race start hillclimb…
Two hours of back and forth across the mighty mountain saw the lead change hands numerous times but ultimately Lettenbichler had the measure for the final push to the top of the mountain to clock the Off Road Day 2 win and take the overall result.
Manuel Lettenbichler: “It’s been a really good race! I felt good on the bike from the first day and it showed in my results. The mountain race was awesome, and I enjoyed it a lot, especially battling with Trystan [Hart] and Mitch [Brightmore].
“The main race was gnarly and the battle between me and Trystan was super fun, we must have passed each other 20-25 times! I’m happy to take the overall win and hope to come back here again!”
Settling for second on what has been one of his strongest races in recent years in USHE, Trystan Hart was diplomatic with his result: “The first offroad day was crazy with an eight-way battle for most of the race. I really pushed near the end and managed to take the win which I was really happy with after a tough race. Today, I was with Mani for pretty much the whole race, swapping the lead for over two hours. At the end there was only 20 seconds between us, but I really enjoyed that and it’s great to have a KTM one-two!”
Who’s third?
Wade Young needed a solid result to get his 2025 season in gear after a low result at the opening round in Wales, and less than expected finishing position at Erzberg (not part of the championship).
The South African found his groove on Off Road Day 2 and came home in third. With results combining across the three days racing, third on Off Road Day 2 bumps Young up to fourth overall for Silver Kings 2025.
Solid result for Brightmore
Reigning Junior hard Enduro World Championship, Mitch Brightmore has definitely upped his game this season in the outdoor races. The X-Grip Racing team made the commitment to travel to the USA and Mitch repaid them with a winning results in the man-made prologue course, and backing that up with a third place on off road day one.
Come the main race, the British rider again put together a solid ride to clock P4 and with that the overall podium, a big pay cheque and second palce in the standings behind Letti.
Mario Roman came home best Sherco rider ahead of Sherco USA’s Will Riordan and teammate Teo Kabakchiev in seventh place.
Admitting he was not at his best all weekend and “didn’t have it” for the top boys in the main race, Billy Bolt came home eighth ahead of Ryder Leblond and Cody Webb on top of the box in the unofficial four-stroke awards and completing the top 10.
