Josep Garcia to race Billy Bolt at 2026 SuperEnduro Rnd1
EnduroGP World Champion Josep Garcia is all set to take on SuperEnduro World Champion Billy Bolt, plus Hard Enduro World Champion Mani Lettenbichler and EnduroCross champion Jonny Walker, in the opening round of the indoor season in Gliwice, Poland.
In this era of increasingly specialised sports, having the three major enduro discipline world champions – not to mention the new EnduroCross champion – under one roof and racing each other is something of a miracle.
The throwback to another time we thought we’d lost will be the reality as we approach round one of the 2026 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship on December 13 in Poland with Josep Garcia signed-up to race Billy Bolt, Mani Lettenbichler and Jonny Walker. That is 18 world and 2 AMA titles on the line.

Garcia’s debut
The opening round of ’26 in Poland will mark Garcia’s debut in the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, and his only scheduled appearance this season despite talks (Enduro21 understands) for the Spaniard to race the full series for KTM. His record in the EnduroGP SuperTest highlights his credentials and we fully expect the same fireworks from him in Gliwice next weekend.
It’s a cracking prospect when you also add into the mix both Brightmore brothers (who also bring world titles in the Junior categories to the table) plus proven race winner Dominik Olszowy and Eddie Karlsson.
Record entry - nearly 100 riders
Sport Up Agency, the series promoters, say they have close to 100 riders registered across Prestige, Junior, Youth and FIM Europe classes which is the highest early count in the history of SuperEnduro. Enduro21 also expects to see at least one North American rider jumping across the pond with Cooper Abbott on the rider list with the Kawasaki – the rumour was Colton Haaker also but that is not confirmed at time of writing.
Either way it is going to be a great start to the indoor enduro season in Europe, and easily the most competitive racing we’ve seen for several seasons.
Tomasz Gagat, Championship Promoter & CEO of Sport UP Agency: “SuperEnduro is growing at an exceptional pace. Bringing three reigning World Champions together for the opening round – including Josep Garcia’s first-ever and exclusive appearance in the series – is something SuperEnduro has never seen before. The record number of entries proves the global momentum behind SuperEnduro. We are expecting the most competitive season in years.”
Round one is at Gliwice, about an hour from Krakow, on December 13. Tickets for all rounds are here: https://superenduro.org/tickets/
