The AMA National Enduro series will spice-up the 2025 Rattlesnake NEPG round with the addition of a Saturday afternoon Super Test, a timed attack on a short course set to be broadcast live.

Two riders going head-to-head in the EnduroGP World Championship Friday night Super Test, is, by now a normality. But next weekend, the NEPG Yamaha Rattlesnake National Enduro on July 27, will be the first time the AMA National Enduro series will do the same.

The XC Gear Super Test will run from 2pm on Saturday afternoon, acting as test one effectively of the weekend’s seven in total.

The Super Test will only be for Pro classes, Women’s Elite, AA and “A” classes except for A-55+, and will count for the overall event results.

Like the EnduroGP Super Test, riders pair-up in two lanes, riding side by side, on the grass track which will feature a couple of obstacles. Riders start in each lane at the same time and follow their taped course which goes over/under themselves to ensure each rider moves to the other lane, for a test time combining both lanes.

Pro riders go last

NEPG say the goal is to make the course under two-minutes, so that we can move everyone through as quickly as possible. A rider will start in each lane, racing side by side in their own lane, racing against the clock like any other test.

Riders will be grouped close together as possible by class, which won’t be critical because you are still just racing for time. Pro riders will go last for a grand finale, so everyone can see the stars of the sport battle it out.

The Super Test will be broadcast LIVE on the NEPG YouTube channel.
