Triumph launch TXP youth electric off-road bikes powered by OSET
Triumph Motorcycles announce TXP off-road electric motorcycle range, four new models developed in partnership with OSET and aimed at the youth market.
Available in four sizes — TXP-12, TXP-16, TXP-20 and TXP-24 — Triumph’s the new range aims at riders from three years old up to teenagers and even adults up to 90kg with chassis sizes, suspension, controls and safety systems including adjustable power and geometry to suit growing riders.
If you’re familiar with the OSET range then these new Triumph models will look familiar. The British based electric trials bike manufacturer became part of the Triumph Motorcycle family a couple of years ago and it is no surprise to see new bikes based on the same platform.

A feature across the TXP line is the design which allows the bikes to switch quickly between seated trail riding (XPlore mode) and trials-style standing (Trials mode).
The range features Triumph’s by now familiar colours, brushless motors scaled from 600W (TXP-12) up to 1600W (TXP-24), and lithium batteries with IP67 waterproofing.

Size matters
The smallest TXP-12 is aimed at ages 3–5, weighing just 22.7kg and with safety features including PIN-protected parental settings, two-stage start-up and tool-free adjustments for parental speed controls, a safety lanyard and up to three hours of run time.
The TXP-16 steps up for ages 5–7 with more power, hydraulic brakes and better suspension.
The TXP-20 adds a 1200W motor, bigger chassis and diagnostic-ready electronics for riders aged 7–10.
The biggest, TXP-24, is designed for 10+ and adults up to 90kg, delivering 24mph top speed, fully adjustable suspension and four-piston brakes for serious off-road performance.

Triumph CEO Nick Bloor says the TXP bikes represent “an exciting new chapter” and the collaboration with OSET gives Triumph “a range that’s not only technically advanced but also rooted in real-world riding experience.”
The TXP range is available to pre-order now at selected Triumph dealers worldwide, with pre-Christmas delivery promised for early orders. UK pricing runs from £1,595 for the TXP-12 up to £3,695 for the TXP-24.
