“After an incredible five years, it’s time to say goodbye to Sherco USA” says Cody Webb as he moves on from the French manufacturer’s machines to a “new oppurtunity” for 2025.

Five years of Goaty on a Sherco actually feels like a life time from where we sit. It came as a shock when Cody left KTM and signed with Sherco and it equally comes as a small bombshell the hugely experienced rider has announced he’s handing back his SE 300 and heading somewhere new.

Without doubt Webb has helped put the Sherco brand on the map in the USA. Backed by the Factory One crew behind Sherco USA, Cody has brought them success in the US Hard Enduro and EnduroCross series’, along with the international competition and all the while with textbook professionalism.

“This journey has been nothing short of amazing,” Webb explains, “filled with unforgettable memories and immense gratitude. The opportunity to represent Sherco for a second time has been a dream come true. At 15, Sherco saw my potential and helped me kickstart my pro career in trials.

“Sherco has been a vital part of my story and shaped the rider I am today. While this chapter closes, the friendships, lessons, and moments will stay with me forever. To the fans, thank you for always cheering us on. To Sherco USA, know I’ll always root for you and this incredible brand. Here’s to the past, and here’s to the future. I’m ready for the next adventure.”

So what next? Well, understandably we asked but Cody is keeping that under his hat until later this week. But he did say it is a new opportunity, which is great news to hear the illustrious career continues...stay tuned.
